YEREVAN. – The Armenian parliament did not approve the package of amendments to the Constitution during the emergency session.
Prosperous Armenia and Bright Armenia groups voted against the bill, while ruling “My Step” deputies abstained from voting.
After the speech of Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, deputy speaker of the Armenian parliament Alen Simonyan said they would abstain.
