The trial in businessman Barsegh Beglaryan's case resumed today in a Yerevan court of general jurisdiction.

The questioning of witnesses in the case continues at this court hearing.

A criminal charge has been filed against Barsegh Beglaryan, the owner of Flash company, and Hrayr Hovsepyan, head of the Kanaker base of this company, for committing self-jurisdiction by threatening to use violence.

Hovsepyan has been released on a signature bond, and the restraint imposed on Beglaryan has been lifted.
