Neither Serzh Sargsyan nor Nikol Pashinyan was or is capable of taking actions that could have or can cause harm to Armenia and Artsakh. This is what Armen Sargsyan, brother of Vazgen Sargsyan (assassinated in parliament), told reporters today.

“I am certain that the former and incumbent authorities, that is, Serzh Sargsyan and Nikol Pashinyan, can never take a step that will make us Armenians lose or give territories with respect to the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. Both of them love the country and army, appreciate independence and are patriotic. They would never and never will take any action that will cause harm to the independence of Armenia and Artsakh,” Armen Sargsyan said.
