At the beginning of his address during the YES campaign—in the forthcoming referendum on constitutional amendments—in Kajaran town, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan referred to coronavirus situation in Armenia, noting that they are still able to avoid the spreading of this disease throughout the country.

"Knock on wood," he said, calling on people to follow the respective instructions by the Ministry of Health.

"Wash as often as you throughout the day because it can be spread by hand," the PM added. "Now I wash my hands so often with alcogel that it may seem strange from the side."
