YEREVAN. – The prices of face masks are setting an illogical record in Armenia. Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated this on his Facebook livestream while speaking about Friday’s special meeting of the commission on prevention of coronavirus in the country.
He noted that the health minister also said that healthy people do not need to wear these masks on the streets. "So I don't see the need for unnecessary agitation around masks," the prime minister added.
Pashinyan underlined that today they were waiting for good news about coronavirus. "Our compatriots who are quarantined at Golden Palace [Hotel] in Tsakhkadzor since March 1 will be tested today [for coronavirus], and there is a fairly high probability that their diagnosis will be negative."
