Sixty-one people from the school in Etchmiadzin town have been isolated, school’s principal Arusyak Muradyan told Armenian News - NEWS.am.

As reported earlier, the latest coronavirus cases have been connected with the woman who participated in an engagement party in the town of Etchmiadzin. And a student who tested positive for coronavirus has also been present at an engagement party.

All students in the class and five teachers have been isolated. One of the students, a girl diagnosed with coronavirus, was isolated a few days ago. Another student who was sitting next to her has also been isolated. The latter tests negative.

The number of coronavirus cases has reached 23 in Armenia.
