The government of Armenia has convened a special session on the agenda of which is the issue of declaring a state of emergency in the country.
Earlier this morning, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan announced in a live broadcast that the government's special session would discuss the issue of declaring a state of emergency in the republic to prevent the spread of coronavirus in Armenia.
