Administrative fines for non-compliance with anti-epidemiological rules will not be abolished, Armenian PM Nikol Pashinyan said on Saturday.
"We will apply certain administrative measures, as experience shows that many citizens, unfortunately, do not comply with anti-epidemiological rules, and there are rumors that the administrative fines that have been applied so far will be canceled.
I want to say that such hopes are in vain because the administrative fines established for non-compliance with anti-epidemiological rules will not be abolished," he noted.
According to him, they will involve police officers in civilian clothes who will not personally take action but will record administrative offenses with the help of groups.
