My fellow attorneys and I have filed a motion for the judge’s self-recusal. There are many grounds to believe that the chairman of the particular court gives the petitions of specific interest to his desired judges. This is what Yerem Sargsyan, one of Prosperous Armenia Party leader Gagik Tsarukyan’s attorneys, told reporters near the court building today.

“I don’t want to express my opinion on the judge now, but the court chairman must know something if he does something like that,” the attorney stated.
