Bright Armenia Party hasn’t considered the issue of applying to the Constitutional Court with regard to the bill on constitutional amendments, and Prosperous Armenia Party hasn’t officially addressed us with that issue. This is what deputy of the Bright Armenia faction of the National Assembly of Armenia Taron Simonyan told reporters today.

“When we receive an application, we’ll consider it. The bill has yet to be passed in the second reading and has to be signed by the President of Armenia. We need to apply to the Constitutional Court with the issue regarding a law that has already entered into force. In any case, the My Step faction has taken full responsibility,” he said and assured that Bright Armenia Party is ready to fight for the development of a legal state every day and every hour.
