While distributing face masks on the streets of Yerevan today, Minister of High-Tech Industry of Armenia Hakob Arshakyan approached a musician on the road and offered a face mask.
Surprisingly, the citizen refused to take the face mask and told the minister he should have manners and ask before taking a photo.
Members of government were distributing face masks in different administrative districts of Yerevan this evening.
