The lawyers of Armenian second president Robert Kocharyan and ex-defense minister Seyran Ohanyan have submitted petitions to appeal to the Constitutional Court and suspend the case.
Given that the petitions relate to one subject, Judge Anna Danibekyan decided to consider them simultaneously.
