The Armenian Unified Information Center has released a video where a resident of Aygepar village, Tavush province, presents the village kindergarten bombed at night.
"I will take the pain of our compatriots, we will do better for our children," he noted.
The Armenian Unified Information Center had earlier shared photos of the building of a kindergarten.
The photos show the recently repaired kindergarten a week before and now.
