The agenda of the "Consensus minus one" idea has taken place, the second president of Armenia Robert Kocharyan said in an interview with Channel 5, H2, and Yerkir Media TV channels.

“I think that the agenda has already taken place, the statements of all the opposition forces, if you have noticed, are the same, everyone understands that the situation is getting worse, everyone agrees that the government must change...They will not change voluntarily and the way to change the government can be done via public, mass pressure.”

“In fact, the agenda has been formed, all that remains is to formulate all this in a serious organizational matter, and this should not be an end in itself. The same opposition should do this for the country, and if the government does not change its work style, this government will have serious problems in the near future,” he noted.

In response to the question how safe it is for our country to change the government without waiting for the next elections, Kocharyan said there will definitely be an extraordinary change of government, everything depends on the political process, the working style of the government, the working style and efficiency of the opposition.
