One of the readers of Armenian News-NEWS.am provided the news agency with a video showing how police officers apprehend a minor citizen for not wearing a face mask.
“Yesterday at around 9:30 p.m. police officers were ruthlessly beating a boy just because he wasn’t wearing a face mask. Four or five red beret police officers humiliated that poor and helpless Armenian citizen in front of other citizens,” the reader wrote.
