Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) President Arayik Haroutyunyan on Saturday posthumously awarded with a ceremony the award for the highest title of Hero of Artsakh to Artur Mkrtchyan, First Chairman of the Supreme Council—former parliament—of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic, and to Captain Armenak Urfanyan of the Artsakh Defense Army. Haroutyunyan wrote about this on Facebook.
"Glory to all the heroes who craft the modern Armenian history," Harutyunyan added.
