On the occasion of the 29th anniversary of the Independence of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh), leader of Homeland Party Artur Vanetsyan, accompanied by members of the political council and supporters, visited Yerablur Military Pantheon to pay tribute to the heroes who died for the defense of the homeland, as reported the political party.
The members of the political party laid flowers at the monument to the freedom fighters who died during the Artsakh war and the tombs of the victims of the Four-Day Artsakh War of April 2016, Sparapet (Commander-in-Chief) Vazgen Sargsyan and Warrior Andranik and respected their memory with a moment of silence.
On the occasion of the 29th anniversary of Independence of Artsakh, Vanetsyan also conveyed a congratulatory message to citizens. “Today is the day of declaration of independence of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic. Today is a holiday for all of us. The existence of the free and independent Artsakh, the functioning of the Armenian army and the strengthening and empowerment of statehood in the two sectors of our unified homeland are the greatest achievements of the Armenian people throughout the past 30 years. Glory and honor to our soldiers and officers on the border and to the Armenian army. I congratulate the Armenian people on this glorious day and wish our homeland peace and wish us unity and more victories,” he said.
