Minsk security forces are dispersing people heading to protest, the local media tut.by reported.
The security forces tried to disperse a convoy of several hundred people - over 20 people were detained, both men and women.
Protest actions are being held against incumbent president Aleksandr Lukashenko. From 100 to more than 200 thousand people are protesting every Sunday.
