YEREVAN. – In this situation, the future makeup of the Constitutional Court must have a person just like me, who can balance the two wings. Artur Vagharshyan, the President’s nominee for a judge of the Constitutional Court of Armenia, said this during the debates on the candidacies for judges of the Constitutional Court at Monday’s session of the National Assembly.

"If I did not have that conviction, that knowledge and the skill to do it, I would not be here," he added. "A person is independent with his life story. The right one is my candidacy, not the one that comes after me. They will nominate, you will see. I recognize, I know the names of some of them from behind the scenes."
