Hovhannisyan, a representative of the Ministry of Defense of Armenia, has posted a video showing an Azerbaijani "kamikaze" drone appearing over the skies of Martakert, Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh).
Earlier, Hovhannisyan had stated that the civilian population of Martakert was targeted Monday.
