Israel, which lived through genocide, is also responsible for the genocide committed by Azerbaijan. Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) President Arayik Haroutyunyan stated this at Sunday morning’s press conference.

He noted that during the four-day war in April 2016, the Israeli authorities were not only aware that these weapons were being used for attacks, but specialists brought from Israel were also being used by Azerbaijan. "If the Israeli authorities had said they did not know, it would be another mockery of humanity. Of course, they [the Israeli authorities] are aware and continue to supply those weapons. The halls of power of Israel, which lived through genocide, are also responsible for this genocide. Money reigns in the world, and these steps being taken by the Israeli leadership are another proof that not only human values, but also the values imposed by God are violated for money. Not only Israel, but all the authorities are aware, and they continue to supply [weapons to] Azerbaijan," Haroutyunyan added.
