During a meeting with representatives of religious unions, President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin assured that the Russian side is doing and will do everything it can to stop the conflict in Nagorno-Karabakh, TASS reported.

“You know that Russia is doing everything it can to make sure the conflict in the South Caucasus ends as soon as possible so that the lives of people shooting at each other with guns and rifles and using weapons against each other are saved,” he said, adding that he is certain that the goals pursued by the parties to the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict can also be achieved peacefully.
