A group of protesters have burst into the sessions’ hall of the National Assembly (NA) of Armenia.

Among other demands, they want to meet with Onik Gasparyan, Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces.

At the moment, the MPs of the opposition Bright Armenia faction are also in the NA, and they are trying to calm down these protesters.

A large number of protesters have gathered also in front of the presidential residence. At this moment, they have closed off Baghramyan Avenue running along both the NA building and the presidential residence.

Those assembled express their dissatisfaction with the signing of the agreement which envisages considerable territorial concessions by the Armenian side—and with respect to the Nagorno-Karabakh (Artsakh) conflict.
