A short while ago, the court of general jurisdiction of Yerevan, chaired by Judge Marine Melkonyan, rejected the motion for the arrest of leader of Homeland Party Artur Vanetsyan.
Yesterday the court declared the detention of Vanetsyan as unlawful and released him.
Vanetsyan is charged with usurpation of power and preparation of murder to stop the activities of a state, political or public figure.
