YEREVAN. – The first phase of the prisoner exchange took place this week, but ongoing work is carried out in connection with the steps toward verifying the captives' data and their further exchange. Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Avinyan stated this at Thursday’s Cabinet session of the government of Armenia.
"In this regard, negotiations are in progress with the Azerbaijani side, with the involvement of the Red Cross and the Russian side," Avinyan added.
