On the occasion of the three-day mourning declared in Artsakh and the Motherland [(Armenia)], today I visited the Stepanakert city memorial and paid tribute to the memory of all our martyrs; Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) President Arayik Harutyunyan on Saturday wrote this on Facebook.
"I bow before all their relatives. Their memory will forever remain bright in our hearts," Harutyunyan added.
