As part of the implementation of the trilateral statement of the leaders of Russia, Azerbaijan and Armenia on November 9, 2020, Russian peacekeepers continue to assist the Azerbaijani and Armenian authorities in restoring civilian infrastructure and creating conditions for normal living for the population of the affected regions, the Russian Defense Ministry said in a statement.

"At the request of the Azerbaijani side, the servicemen of the Russian peacekeeping contingent have ensured the safety of two convoys of the Republic of Azerbaijan through the territory of Nagorno-Karabakh [(Artsakh)]," the Russian Defense Ministry added in the statement.

More than 60 Azerbaijani trucks, accompanied by Russian armed personnel, delivered construction materials for the restoration of the infrastructure of Shushi city, according to the Russian Defense Ministry.
