Almost all residents who previously lived in the already occupied territories of Karabakh returned from Armenia to the Nagorno-Karabakh, said Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Mesrop Arakelyan told reporters.
According to the minister, almost 100,000 people have returned to Karabakh.
