The Public Television of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) reports that President of Artsakh Arayik Harutyunyan today received residents of the Aknaghbyur village of Askeran region, which is under the control of Azerbaijan.

“I don’t want you to live as migrants and refugees. I don’t want you to move. I want you to be able to earn a living in Karabakh,” Harutyunyan said during the meeting.

The Public Television also reported that the government will build a new district for the residents of the village in the territory of Krasni community, and the Cadastre and State Property Management Committee is drafting the layout.
