Today, Armenia’s Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Mesrop Arakelyan wanted to enter the National Assembly from the entrance located on Baghramyan Avenue in Yerevan, but police officers didn’t let him enter and geared him towards the entrance located on Demirtchyan Street.
The demonstrators gathered there chanted “traitor, land giver”. The minister refused to answer reporters’ questions and told them that he has to attend a parliamentary session.
While he was going to parliament, reporters walked with him and addressed questions, but the minister left the questions unanswered.
The question-and-answer session with government officials in parliament has begun.
