Yerevan court has declared Meghri mayor Mkhitar Zakaryan's detention unlawful.
Mkhitar Zakaryan was charged with hooliganism.
Recently, residents of Syunik province greeted Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan with curses and insults. Pashinyan later announced the need to bring the 'guilty' to justice. Nearly 50 people have been detained that night. The detention of most of them has been declared by the cour as invalid.
