There had been black PR against me for a quite a long time. This is what second President of Armenia, leader of the Armenia alliance of political parties Robert Kocharyan told reporters today.

“I don’t want to give names, but people have always been worried that I might return, even though it wasn’t my goal. I haven’t been politically active for over a decade, but people were worried and would try to present me as the person who was to blame for everything. Now we need to try to present the truth. They can say whatever they want to say. I have my agenda and plans and won’t let any political force or anyone dictate their agendas so that I justify myself,” the second Armenian president said.

Touching upon the purveyance of grapes, Kocharyan mentioned that the foundations for organized purveyance were laid during his presidency.

Kocharyan also emphasized that there is a serious management crisis in Armenia and that this is due to the fact that the people in government who have no idea of management of a big system. “Be rest assured that after we come to power, you will see a system that functions like a clock,” he said.
