I am concerned about the situation in the army. This is what acting Minister of Emergency Situations of Armenia Andranik Piloyan told reporters today when asked how he views the situation in the army.
“The ministry and I stand with the army, but you should address these questions to the army’s leadership,” he added.
Piloyan clarified that even though he is a political figure, he’s not involved in politics and isn’t politically affiliated.
