Acting Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan on Tuesday was greeted with chants of "Nikol, Nikol" in Aragatsavan village of Aragatsotn Province of Armenia.
One of the women even sprinkled rose petals on Pashinyan.
The acting premier Nikol Pashinyan, who is the ruling Civil Contract Party’s candidate for Prime Minister, is conducting an election campaign in Aragatsotn Province today ahead of the snap parliamentary elections on June 20.
On Monday, he was in Armavir Province.
Also on Monday, and by his own decision, Nikol Pashinyan granted himself a vacation until June 18—the final day of the election campaign.
During this time, Acting Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Avinyan will substitute for Pashinyan.
