We have 25,000 forcibly displaced persons. Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) National Assembly (NA) speaker Artur Tovmasyan stated this at Tuesday's session of the NA, while debating on the matter of right for property in consideration of the dire consequences of the war last fall.
"Today we have 10,000 homeless compatriots, of which 8,000 are forcibly displaced, 2,000 are servicemen," he added.
