Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan on Friday visited the Investigative Committee of Armenia, and attended the special meeting dedicated to the seventh anniversary of this agency.

The event brought together the leadership of this committee and the heads of its structural divisions.

Also, Pashinyan delivered a congratulatory address in which he noted, in particular, the importance of conducting an effective investigation of the criminal cases on the circumstances behind the 44-day Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) war last fall.

In addition, the PM handed state awards to a number of Investigative Committee staff—for their contribution to strengthening law and order in Armenia.
