Arayik Harutyunyan, the Chief of Staff of the Prime Minister of Armenia, has no information about a possible meeting of the leaders of Armenia, Russia, and Azerbaijan on November 9.
"I do not have such information at the moment," Harutyunyan told reporters in the National Assembly Wednesday.
"There are always certain formats where issues are discussed related especially to borders, issues related to unblocking of roads and infrastructure, and such issues can be discussed there, too; but at the moment there is nothing," he said, adding that border demarcation and delimitation issues are discussed at various levels.
