The first instance court of general jurisdiction of Syunik Province of Armenia today granted the motion filed by the Prosecutor General’s Office and ruled to transfer the bail (AMD 2,000,000) that Arush Arushanyan transferred to the deposit account of the Prosecutor General’s Office on December 30 to the state budget.

Arushanyan’s attorneys had the intention to file a motion for the judge’s self-recusal, but the court didn’t allow this since the working hour had ended. The next court hearing will take place on November 29.
