The government of Armenia has made a decision in a written procedure, by which the former chairman of the State Revenue Committee, Edvard Hovhannisyan, has been appointed provincial governor of Armavir. Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated this at Thursday's Cabinet meeting of the government.
Subsequently, the PM congratulated the newly appointed governor, and wished him success in this capacity.
