The top leadership of Armenia visited Yerablur Military Pantheon in Yerevan early Friday morning.

Aside from Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, National Assembly speaker Alen Simonyan, Deputy Prime Ministers Mher Grigoryan and Hambardzum Matevosyan, Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan, Security Council Secretary Armen Grigoryan, National Security Service Director Armen Abazyan, Chief of Police Vahe Ghazaryan, Defense Minister Suren Papikyan, and chief Artak Davtyan of the General Staff of the Armed Forces were also there.

They paid tribute to the Armenians who sacrificed their lives for the defense of the homeland in the Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) war, laid flowers at the monument to the missing freedom fighters as well as to the graves of Supreme Commander and statesman Vazgen Sargsyan and General Andranik Ozanian, and laid a wreath at the memorial to the fallen freedom fighters.
