The second round of Russian-Ukrainian negotiations is to start around 3pm on the territory of the Brest region, Belarus, said head of the Russian delegation Vladimir Medinsky.
He noted that the representatives of Ukraine were going to arrive early, but apparently, it doesn’t work out as they have complicated logistics, they gather on the territory of Poland and advance to Belarus.
The Russian delegation, according to him, continues to work, Moscow 24 reported.
