National Assembly (NA) hearings are being held Monday on the initiative of the opposition "With Honor" Faction of the NA of Armenia.

The topic of discussion is the bill on addenda to the law  on Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly.

This draft law, in fact, is aimed at increasing the accountability of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Prime Minister to the parliament. In particular, the Foreign Minister and the Prime Minister will be required to submit written reports to the NA twice a year, the debates on which are carried out behind closed doors.

Artur Vanetsyan, the leader of the "With Honor" Faction, delivered a respective address at these parliamentary hearings.
