The opposition Resistance Movement marches—demanding the salvation Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) and change of power in Armenia—have reached France Square of the capital Yerevan from four symbolic places of Armenia: Ijevan city, Tigranashen village, Sardarapat Memorial, and Bash Aparan.
And at the entrances of Yerevan, a large number of citizens joined these marches.
As reported earlier, second President Robert Kocharyan—along with one of his sons, daughter, and grandchildren—joined the group that came from Sardarapat.
The marches and the upcoming rally are being overseen by a large number of police forces.
The big rally will start at France Square at 4pm.
Artur Vanetsyan—the leader of the "With Honor" Faction of the National Assembly and chairman of the opposition Homeland Party—, his supporters, as well as several other opposition forces will also join this rally.
