Young people in Yerevan held a protest in front of the Supreme Judicial Council building.

They turned on the scandalous recording released the day before by the chairman of the Supreme Judicial Council Ruben Vardazaryan, whose powers have been suspended.

Gagik Jhangiryan, the acting head of the Union, can be heard in the recording.

At the end of the recording, young people threw photos showing Gagik Jhangiryan at the entrance to the building.

The chairman of the Supreme Judicial Council Ruben Vardazaryan, whose powers were suspended, on Monday at a press conference released a scandalous audio recording of his conversation with the acting chairman of the Supreme Judicial Council Gagik Jhangiryan and SJC member Stepan Mikayelyan, which took place on 20 February 2021.

Adviser to Armenia's Prosecutor General Artur Davtyan, Gor Abrahamyan earlier said the audio recording had already been sent to the Investigative Committee of the Republic.
