The video surveillance cameras of the Khosrov Forest State Reserve have again “captured” a Caucasian leopard, the Ministry of Environment of Armenia informs.
The leopard is one of the most impressive fauna of Armenia, and one of the most endangered species of the Caucasus ecoregion.
The Caucasian leopard is in the Red Book of Armenia of endangered species, and in the International Union for Conservation of Nature Red List of Threatened Species (IUCN Red List ).
