Azerbaijani armed forces have struck also at the Russian Federal Security Service vehicles carrying out a humanitarian mission in the combat zone in Armenia. This is noted in a statement issued Wednesday by the Ministry of Defense (MOD) of Armenia.
"This is another evidence that despite the statements of the official Baku, the Azerbaijani armed forces do not distinguish between targets," this statement also reads.
