Rescue departments of Armenia's 3 provinces are on high alert.

Because of the tension on the border, by the order of Armenian Minister of Emergency Situations Armen Pambukhchyan, the regional rescue departments of Gegharkunik, Syunik and Vayots Dzor provinces are put on high alert to respond in case of emergency.

Emergency Situations Ministry press service informed Armenian News-NEWS.am that the Rescue Service has moved to a stricter mode of operation. Pambukhchyan went to the epicenter of events to get acquainted with the situation on the spot.
