The relatives of a missing serviceman, conscript Vahe Torosyan, are holding a protest outside the Ministry of Defense (MOD) of Armenia.

These relatives note that Vahe has been missing since the Azerbaijani military attack on September 13, they know his location, but Azerbaijan does not allow the Armenian side to approach that area.

"Since September 16, the Azerbaijani side has not allowed to enter the territory controlled by them—the upper part of Hand village in Syunik [Province]. The child called on September 15, explained to his friend which canyon he was in. But our side doesn’t take any action. Only the command staff of the military unit works. Our people want to enter the territory, but Azerbaijan does not allow [it]," said one of these relatives.
