The meeting of Foreign Minister of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan and Foreign Minister of Russia Sergey Lavrov has commenced in the Kazakh capital Astana. We have learned about this from the Facebook page of the spokesperson of the Armenian foreign ministry.
To note, a meeting between the FMs of Armenia, Russia, and Azerbaijan is slated for Friday in Astana—and on the initiative of the Russian side.
