The protection of Artsakh and the Armenian future must be guaranteed by national efforts and resources Artsakh State Minister Artak Beglaryan told NEWS.am.

"You will see me in my new position. Now we are in discussions with the President and Ruben Vardanyan about what functions I will have to fulfill. It is not the status that is essential to me, but the service. That will be determined by urgency and my capabilities. I will not be in the shadows, I will be very active, I will actively support Ruben Vardanyan so that we can implement our programmed reforms plan in Artsakh," Beglaryan said.
